目的:观察舒肝汤对免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:以卡介苗(BCG)加脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠免疫性肝损伤为模型,观察舒肝汤对免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,脾、肝脏器系数,肝脏病理组织学损伤程度的影响,并检测小鼠肝组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量的变化。结果:组织病理检查结果显示本方中、高剂量可减轻肝组织坏死范围及程度,减少炎细胞浸润,具有显著的肝保护作用,且有剂量依赖关系。舒肝汤、联苯双酯均能显著降低BCG/LPS免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清中升高的ALT、AST水平;并可显著降低肝匀浆中升高的MDA水平,增强肝匀浆GSH-Px活性。舒肝汤高、中剂量组对肝脾重量的增加有显著的抑制作用。结论:舒肝汤对BCG/LPS所致的免疫性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,其机制与其抗氧化活性以及调节机体免疫功能的作用有关。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Shugan Decoction on immune liver injury. METHODS: BCG and LPS were used to induce immune liver injury in mice. The activity of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum of mice with immune liver injury was observed. , Hepatomegaly coefficient, the degree of liver histopathological damage, and detection of liver homogenate malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) content changes. Results: The results of histopathological examination showed that the medium and high doses of this prescription can reduce the extent and extent of liver necrosis, reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells, and have significant hepatoprotective effect in a dose-dependent manner. Shugan Decoction and Bifendate can significantly reduce the serum ALT and AST levels in mice with immune hepatic injury induced by BCG/LPS, and significantly reduce the elevated MDA levels in liver homogenate and enhance liver homogenate GSH. -Px activity. Shugan Decoction high and middle dose group has a significant inhibitory effect on the increase of liver and spleen weight. Conclusion: Shugan Decoction has obvious protective effect on BCG/LPS-induced immune liver injury, and its mechanism is related to its antioxidant activity and the role of regulating immune function.
