毒品滥用与毒品依赖已经成为严重威胁人类健康、社会安全和经济发展的全球问题。据我所统计资料表明 ,吸毒人数逐年增多 ,吸毒方式逐步升级 ,采取静脉注射方式吸毒者约占我所收治的总人数的 6 0 %以上 ,由于海洛因纯度的不同及吸食过程中剂量掌握不当 ,极易引起吸食海洛因过量中毒 ,出现一系列中毒症状。值得注意的是 ,部分吸毒者经脱瘾治疗后对毒品的耐受性下降 ,复吸时急于追求快感而使用脱瘾前的吸毒量 ,更易造成吸食过量而中毒 〔1〕。本文就我所收治的 6例海洛因中毒患者的抢救过程谈谈体会 ,供同行们参考 Drug abuse and drug dependence have become global problems that pose serious threats to human health, social security and economic development.
