近年来,枸橼酸克罗米芬(CC)已广泛地用于排卵妇女以刺激多卵泡发育和排卵。为观察正常育龄妇女CC诱发排卵后的中期黄体及宫内膜的组织学发育,选择12名26.8±1.4岁,有正常月经周期,准备行输卵管结扎术的经产妇女为研究对象。从周期的第5~9天服用CC,3例50mg/日;4例100mg/日;5例150mg/日。自周期第11天开始至排卵前LH峰出现,每天留晨尿测LH,同时取血测血清LH峰日及黄体期孕酮(P)浓度,直到黄体切除。在LH峰后7天进行黄体切除和宫内膜活检。组织分别由两位妇产科病理学家按Noyes和Corner标准观察,黄体期按14天标准,血LH和P用放免法测定,并以9例月经周期正常,未用任何药物
In recent years, clomiphene citrate (CC) has been widely used to ovulate women to stimulate multiple follicular development and ovulation. In order to observe the histological development of mid-term corpus luteum and endometrium after CC-induced ovulation in normal women of childbearing age, 12 pregnant women with 26.8 ± 1.4 years of age who had normal menstrual cycle and who underwent tubal ligation were chosen as study subjects. CC was taken from the 5th to 9th day of the cycle, 3 cases of 50 mg / day; 4 cases of 100 mg / day; and 5 cases of 150 mg / day. From the beginning of the 11th day of the cycle until ovulation LH peak appears, leaving the morning urine test LH, blood serum LH peak day and luteal phase progesterone (P) concentration, until the corpus luteum resection. Luteal resection and endometrial biopsy were performed 7 days after LH peak. The tissues were observed by two obstetrics and gynecology pathologists according to Noyes and Corner standards.
