深化专业建设改革是高职院校发展的有效途径

与本科院校以学科建设为重点不同,专业建设是高职教育与社会的契合点,也是高职教育办出特色的关键。我国高职院校专业建设经历20多年迅猛发展,已经到了一个转型升级的深化改革阶段,人才培养规格含糊、资源建设重点和力度不够明确、对学生、家长、社会三方需求考虑不足是目前专业深化改革的攻坚点,通过调整专业结构、建设核心主干课开放性教学资源、打造“利益共享的双师型”教学团队等措施,能进一步推进专业教学改革的步伐。 Different from the subject construction of undergraduate colleges, the specialty construction is the meeting point of higher vocational education and society, and it is also the key to run higher vocational education. The professional construction of higher vocational colleges in our country experienced more than 20 years of rapid development. It has reached a stage of deepening the reform and upgrading. There are ambiguous personnel training standards, lack of clear and focused emphasis on resources construction, lack of consideration on the needs of students, parents and the society. Reform measures should be taken to further promote the pace of professional teaching reform by adjusting professional structure, building open core teaching resources and building a double-benefit teaching team.
