会展属于服务型行业,服务是会展业的基本属性。可以说,服务尤其是对参展商、观众和与会人员的服务是现代会展公司的核心任务,会展服务质量的好坏是会展公司取得成功的关键所在。本文在明确会展服务内涵的基础上,分析了会展服务的基本构成要素,以此分析天津的各类会展服务商中的问题,并提出解决对策。 Exhibition belongs to the service industry, service is the exhibition industry’s basic attributes. It can be said that service, especially for exhibitors, visitors and attendees, is the core task of a modern exhibition company. The quality of exhibition services is the key to the success of a convention and exhibition company. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the exhibition services, this paper analyzes the basic components of the exhibition services to analyze the problems of various kinds of exhibition service providers in Tianjin and puts forward the solutions.
