包容性创新是企业面向低收入市场的专门创新形态,强调在获得经济回报的同时也能以缓解甚至消除贫困的方式创造出社会价值,促进包容性增长的实现。由于低收入市场与中高端市场在参与主体、制度环境与基础设施等方面存在的差异,包容性创新在思维、模式与特征上也与传统创新有很大不同。基于包容性创新的对象与环境特质,本文从营销、战略、制度与组织四个理论视角对现有文献进行梳理与归纳,最后提出针对性的政策建议,以期为未来研究与政策制定提供参考和借鉴。
Inclusive innovation is a specialized innovative form for low-income markets. It emphasizes that while obtaining economic returns, it can also create social values and promote inclusive growth by alleviating and even eliminating poverty. Due to the differences between the low-income market and the mid-to-high-end market in terms of the participants, institutional environment and infrastructure, inclusive innovation is also very different in thinking, mode and characteristics from traditional innovation. Based on the inclusive object and environment characteristics of inclusive innovation, this paper reviews and summarizes the existing literature from the four theoretical perspectives of marketing, strategy, institution and organization. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on policy recommendations in order to provide a reference for future research and policy making. Learn from
