The purpose of this article is to confirm a foundation for the democratic politics in Confucianism. All three aspects of concern are controversial, yet they can be affirmed and supported in the process of historical debate and the development of Confucianism and political thought practice. This article points out that the democratic interpretation of Confucian political thought will be directed at three aspects: firstly, the ability to possess “benevolence” for all so as to become the expectation of potential moral contributors in political life; and secondly Is the expectation that the system of political, social and economic life can work. As a result, morality as a perfect man can be developed. Third, the expectation of political space, which can accommodate political criticism and persistence Controversy. These disputes are locked in the duties and behaviors of individual leaders and citizens and the operation of their behavior enlightenment mechanism.
