针对零件上各种孔的特殊位置关系,通过数控系统中的极坐标指令,并与孔加工固定循环指令组合使用完成零件上全部孔的加工,这样使程序变得简单易读,极大提高了编程效率。以美国HAAS自动化公司生产的VF-1型立式加工中心为例,重点介绍了G70、G71、G72指令的相关格式、使用方法及注意事项,结合实例详细分析了极坐标指令在实际编程中的具体应用,并且借助机床图形显示功能验证刀具路径的可行性。
