我校是一所城市中学,前些年,由于学校环境和生源比较差,教学秩序不稳定,影响了教育质量的提高。近年来,我们不断端正办学指导思想,抓紧学校内部管理体制改革,努力优化育人环境,学校面貌发生了显著变化,1988年被国家教委授予全国德育先进学校称号。在办学取得初步成绩的基础上,面对沿海城市经济建设蓬勃发展的新形势,我经常思考这样一个问题:作为城市的普通中学,如何进一步适应经济发展的需要,走出自己的办学路子,办出自己学校的特色,为加速我市社会经济发展培养合格人才。去年上半年我参加了浙江教育学院举办的浙江省完(高)中校长岗位培训班,通过三个月的教育科学理论学习和外出实践考察,结合自己三年教导主任、八年校长工
