顶岗实习是高职院校教学计划的重要组成部分,然而“三位非一体”的顶岗实习现状使得学生、学校、企业在整个顶岗实习中都处于被动状态。因此,学校要结合现代学徒制的特点和形态特征,将现代学徒制运用到顶岗实习中,制定“三位一体”的顶岗实习方案,构建“三位一体”的学习方案及教学团队,完善“三位一体”的评价体系和用人方案。同时,学校还要推进现代学徒制下高职顶岗实习的实施,共建合作平台、学习平台和就业平台。
Internship is an important part of the teaching plan in higher vocational colleges. However, the status quo of internship in positions of “three non-integrated” makes students, schools and enterprises in a passive state in the whole internship. Therefore, the school should combine modern apprenticeship with the characteristics and morphological characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system into the internship, the development of “Trinity” internship program, build “Trinity ” learning programs and teaching team, improve “Trinity ” evaluation system and employing scheme. At the same time, the school should also promote the implementation of the modern apprenticeship undergraduate internship, build cooperation platform, learning platform and employment platform.
