在组合机床及自动线的设计中,钻、镗类主轴箱传动轴轴径的确定是比较复杂的,尤其是受弯曲作用的传动轴。对受扭矩传动轴直径的确定,在《组合机床通讯》1977年第1期《传动轴的轴径计算》一文中已作了较详细的介绍。现仅对受弯曲轴的轴径确定作一介绍,以供设计时参考。 主轴箱中只受弯曲的传动轴基本上有两种情况,如图1、图2所示。
In the combination of machine tools and automatic line design, drilling, boring spindle box shaft diameter determination is more complicated, especially by the role of bending shaft. The determination of the diameter of a torque driven shaft has been described in more detail in “The Calculation of the Shaft Diameter of a Prop shaft”, Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Machine Tool Communication, 1977. Now only to determine the shaft diameter by bending an introduction for the design of reference. There are basically two cases of the drive shaft in the spindle box which are only bent, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
