确定了评价不同生态型黄瓜品种低温发芽能力的适宜温度为13℃。相关分析表明低温发芽能力与苗期耐冷性呈显著正相关。利用8个低温发芽能力不同的品种配制完全双列杂交组合(P2=64)进行低温(13℃)发芽试验。对其结果按Griffing方法Ⅰ进行配合力分析和遗传力估计,结果表明长春密刺、农大春刺、农大春光具有较高的一般配合力,CG×NCG组合特殊配合力较强,多数组合正反交效应差异不显著。遗传分析表明低温发芽能力的广义遗传力为87%,狭义遗传力为31%,说明低温发芽能力主要由非加性效应决定,宜从优势育种角度利用低温发芽能力这一性状进行耐冷性品种的选育。
The optimum temperature for evaluating the germination ability of cucumber cultivars with different ecotypes was 13 ℃. Correlation analysis showed that low temperature germination ability and seedling cold tolerance was significantly positively correlated. Eight full-length cross combinations (P2 = 64) were used to germinate at low temperature (13 ℃). Genetic analysis showed that the broad-sense heritability of low-temperature germination ability was 87%, narrow heritability of 31%, indicating that low-temperature germination ability is mainly determined by the non-additive effect, should be the advantage of low-temperature sprouting ability of the advantages of cold traits breeding.
