小张,进入公司已经一年多了,然而他现在正被所谓的“面子”问题困扰着。原来,小张毕业于一所正规的全日制大学,而办公室同时进去的几个同事,仅是大专或自学本科文凭,因而小张自恃自身的硬件条件怎么说都要高出一筹。然而公司对此并没有体现出来,无论是工资还是级别,对他们都一视同仁。因而小张感到失望,心理不平衡。再加上公司经常加班,而与之相适应的薪金却迟迟不上涨。所以小张经常在办公室同事面前抱怨,说一些“到哪儿去找这么低工资的工作呢”之类的话语,并在话语之间流露出跳槽的意愿。
