跑是人们日常生活中活动技能。人从小时学会走,紧接着就学会了跑。人人都能跑,但是,跑得快而持久却不是每个人都能做到的。因此,要掌握合理的跑的技术,正确的练习方法。中、长跑距离是发展耐长久的项目,长时间的连续的肌肉活动,是这个项目的特点。它一方要求尽量减少能量的消耗,维持一定的跑速,另一方面要求在全程跑中能根据比赛的情况具有加速跑的能力。所以,学生在跑的全程中,正确地掌握技术和合理地分配体力是非常重要的。
