本文主要阐述了我院在门诊设置咨询服务的经验,包括:根据医院的门诊量和医院各科门诊分布的特点,合理设置门诊咨询台的位置,配备适当的导诊人员,对导诊员进行系列岗位培训;导诊工作中必须注重人性化服务理念,从管理硬件和软件下力度,提供优质的服务,从而提高患者对医院服务整体满意度。经验表明,设置门诊咨询台,对医院的整体管理和平稳运营有至关重要意义。
This article mainly expounds the experience of our hospital in setting up consultation service in the clinic.
