通过除氧速度和空气氧化速度测定,研究了焦性没食子酸对亚硫酸盐自动氧化的阻滞作用。研究结果表明,铜离子作为自由基链反应引发剂,能够加速亚硫酸盐与氧的反应;焦性没食子酸作为自由基链反应终止剂,能够消除亚硫酸盐氧化过程中生成的自由基,从而抑制亚硫酸盐与氧的反应,且不受水的pH值、碱度和硬度成分的影响。这一研究结果再次证实了亚硫酸盐与氧反应的自由基机理并构划了防止除氧剂硫酸盐以水溶液状态贮存时失效的有效方法。
The blocking effect of pyrogallic acid on sulfite auto-oxidation was studied by measuring the oxygen removal rate and air oxidation rate. The results show that copper ion can accelerate the reaction between sulfite and oxygen as a free radical chain reaction initiator. As a radical chain reaction terminator, pyrogallol can eliminate the free radicals generated during sulfite oxidation The reaction of sulfite with oxygen is inhibited and is not affected by the pH, alkalinity and hardness of the water. This finding again confirms the free radical mechanism of sulfite reaction with oxygen and constitutes an effective method to prevent failure of the oxygen scavenger sulfate in aqueous solution.
