针对变换气压力较低的合成氨原料气的温度、压力和组成条件 ,开发出一种新型变压再生工艺对现有的热钾碱脱碳流程进行改进 ,使再生系统各点操作条件显著改善 ,变换气热量得到充分利用 ,贫液闪蒸出来的蒸汽供半贫液二次利用。研制的可调式亚音速喷射器增大了溶液的解吸推动力 ,从而使再生热耗大幅度降低。该技术已应用于相关化肥厂的改造之中 ,并取得了显著的经济效益。
Aiming at the temperature, pressure and composition conditions of the raw ammonia gas with lower conversion pressure, a new type of pressure regeneration process was developed to improve the existing decarbonization process of hot potash so that the operating conditions at each point of the regeneration system were significantly improved. Change the gas heat is fully utilized, lean liquid flashed out of steam for semi-lean liquid secondary use. Developed tunable subsonic ejectors increase the desorption power of the solution, resulting in a significant reduction in regenerative heat loss. The technology has been applied to the transformation of the relevant fertilizer plant, and achieved significant economic benefits.
