最近,读了第19期《当代广西》刊发的《让创富能手在新农村建设中唱主角》,那坡县在今年的村“两委”换届选举中,选拔了一大批懂科技、会管理、善经营,具有创业致富、带领群众共同创业致富本领和觉悟的农村党员干部。笔者认为,要真正发挥他们的模范带头作用,带领群众生产致富,应尽快建立健全相关教育、管理和激励机制。比如在教育培训、工作考评、预警监测、动态管理、奖惩机制等方面,制定分门别类的规章制度,促使农村党员干部更加自觉提高自己的技术水平和服务水平,更加全身心地投入
