众所周知,当轧机之间的变形分配和相应的工具确定之后,就应按轧机的要求来决定调整参数。轧机调整参数也是轧制表中的重要数据之一,无论是轧机的产量,还是钢管的质量都与轧机调整参数有着密切的关系.在自动轧管机组中,各轧机之间是相互联系的,而且每个轧机本身又有自己的调整特点,特别是穿孔机的调整参数正确与否,对整个机组影响很大.为此,笔者将鞍钢140机组穿孔机多年生产的经验加以归纳整理,从实践到理论进行分析验证和导出主要调整参数的理论公式,以供我国小型无缝钢管生产使用。
