读了贵刊[1994;9(3):142]任氏关于对《谷维素治疗菌痢的新发现》一文的验证。任氏认为对急性肠炎也同样有效,不良反应报告仅有口干不适,未见其它毒副作用。笔者认为其疗效是确切的,其副作用不容忽视,现就临床见到的18例患者副作用报告如下。 1 一般资料 本组18例中,男12例,女6例;年龄在8～62岁;急性菌痢10例,急性肠炎8例。 2 副作用表现 18例中,15例出现不同程度的胃部不适,口干、恶心、呕吐;3例腹胀明显,全身散在的皮疹、皮痒。 3 副作用处理 15例谷维素由2mg/kg/日减至1.5mg/kg/日后上述症状消失;3例停用该药改用其它抗生素及对症治疗 Read your edition [1994; 9 (3): 142] for a review of Ren’s article on “A New Findings in Treating Bacillary Dysentery with Oryzanol.” Ren also considered acute enteritis is equally effective, adverse reactions reported only dry mouth discomfort, no other side effects.
