20世纪80年代以来,反思性教学、反思型教师、反思性学习等有关反思性教育的研究概念,逐步成为国际教育研究的重要课题。我国教育理论界对此也给予了较多的关注和讨论。但是综观国内关于反思性学习的研究,大多是从教师的教学的角度、教师专业发展的角度或者是学习者学习的角度来阐述,很少有基于成人学习的研究,本文正是在反思性学习的角度来探讨它给予成人学习的启示。
