在当今世界的舞台上,人才正成为推动社会发展的重要力量。对于发展中的北京电大来说,教师队伍建设将成为电大科学发展的最终决定性力量。本文从分析电大教师队伍建设的重要性、复杂性出发,通过总结盘点北京电大的教师队伍建设的具体实践,提出关于电大教师队伍建设的若干思考。
In the arena of today’s world, talent is becoming an important force in promoting social development. For the developing Beijing TV University, the construction of teachers will be the ultimate decisive force for the development of TVU science. Based on the analysis of the importance and complexity of TVU faculty construction, this paper summarizes the concrete practice of the teaching staff building in Beijing TV University and puts forward some thoughts on the construction of TVU faculty.
