目的观察头电针结合特殊教育在改善孤独症患儿异常行为方面的疗效。方法选择2013年7月-2014年10月在西安中医脑病医院就诊的60例孤独症患儿为研究对象,按就诊顺序编号,再采用系统随机化分为头电针结合特殊教育治疗组(治疗组)30例和只接受特殊教育干预组(对照组)30例,治疗前和治疗后由康复评定师用孤独症行为量表(ABC量表)评定。结果治疗组异常行为改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头电针结合特殊教育能明显改善孤独症患儿异常行为,提高生活自理及社会适应能力。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with special education in improving the abnormal behavior of autistic children. Methods Sixty children with autism were selected from July 2013 to October 2014 in Xi’an TCM Encephalopathy Hospital. The patients were divided according to the order of treatment and then randomly divided into three groups: electro-acupuncture combined with special education treatment group Group) and 30 cases receiving only special education intervention group (control group). Before and after treatment, the assessment of autism behavior was performed with the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC). Results The improvement of abnormal behavior in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and special education can significantly improve the abnormal behavior of children with autism and improve self-care and social adaptability.
