规、矩,是校正圆形、方形的两种工具,多用来比喻标准法度。《荀子·礼论》曰:“规矩诚设矣,则不可欺以方圆”。常强调做任何事都要有一定的规矩、规则、做法,否则无法成功。规矩,是社会生活一定的标准、法则或习惯,规矩不会对任何人做出让步,规矩不需要因为个人的改变而改变。当前,在教师管理过程中,一些学校因制度落实不到位,或没有严格执行,或执行因人而异,导致不公平,形成上有政策、下有对策、正不压邪的状况。
