小微企业在用工上往往遇到一线员工和高端技术人才紧缺的困境,因而影响企业的正常运作,甚至导致企业倒闭。本文根据已有的研究和新闻报道,从宏观环境、工作报酬、管理方法、工作氛围四个角度分析了小微企业留人难的原因,并在招聘和日常管理这两个环节中提出了相应的对策。
Small and micro enterprises often encounter difficulties in the employment of front-line employees and high-end technical personnel, thereby affecting the normal operation of enterprises and even causing the enterprises to go bankrupt.
