为了适应小批量、多品种的车辆油漆作业的需要,浦镇公司致力于建设2条涂装流水线。笔者根据对于涂装流水线的节拍写实,利用山积图的工具,通过固定工位作业内容、固定人员的方法,对流水线的节拍进行改善与平衡。改善后的涂装流水线,达到了日产3~4辆车的水平,工位人员和作业时间都得到了优化。由此可见,利用精益管理的理念,对涂装流水线建设进行节拍改善和平衡,可以取得较好的效果。
