1999年10月23日,中国平安保险公司任上海市场率先推出“平安世纪理财投资连结保险”产品。其运作是,将投保人的保险费分成“保障”和“投资”两部分,投保人每年交纳的保险费中,一小部分用于人身保险保障,其余部分转入专门的投资账户,通过公司的投资部门进行投资。投资收益扣除一定比例的管理费用后全部归客户所有,兼有“保障”与“投资”的双重功能。该产品推出后一个月内,就受理保单2450件,实现保费收入1124万元,强烈的市场反应,良好的销售业绩,大大超出预期的绩效。日前,平安保险公司已将此产品在全国20多个城市全面推广。该产品的成功之处何在?
