目的了解如皋口岸主要医学媒介生物的种群分布和季节消长情况,为口岸医学媒介生物防治提供科学依据。方法分别采用夹夜法、笼诱法、诱蚊灯诱捕法和盒式诱捕法,对如皋口岸内的鼠形动物、蝇类、蚊类和蜚蠊4种生物病媒进行密度监测。结果如皋口岸的鼠形动物以黄胸鼠为主,其次为黑线姬鼠;蚊类以三带喙库蚊为优势种,其次为淡色库蚊;蝇类以丝光绿蝇为主,其次为大头金蝇;蜚蠊为德国小蠊和黑胸大蠊。结论通过监测基本掌握了如皋口岸医学媒介生物的种群构成、生境分布及季节消长规律,提高了如皋口岸医学媒介生物监测和防控的能力。
