近年来,我国的教育制度在不断完善,各类学校都在探索着一条适合自己学校发展的道路,以培养出更加优秀的学生,真正地教书育人,同时也不断优化学校的管理。此篇文章从教育的人文情怀为切入点,研究马来西亚甘马挽港口华小的办学特色与成功原因,从而对我国的学校管理进行探究思考,借鉴经验,从而提出更好的建议以期我国的学校教育有所提高,学校能够更加合理科学的经营管理。
In recent years, the educational system in our country has been constantly perfected. All kinds of schools are exploring a road suitable for their own school development so as to train more outstanding students, really teach and educate people, and constantly optimize the management of the schools. This essay starts from the humanistic sentiment of education and studies the characteristics and success reasons of the small Chinese schools in Malaysia, which are based on the Chinese culture.
