无论从社会还是企业的角度来说,企业管理中的法制建设在时下更显尤为重要,当经营者的经济思维将与法律思维产生冲突时,如何处理这一冲突,文章试从四个方面着手健全企业管理法制建设,一是提高企业管理者法律风险意识,二是完善决策流程管理,加强企业法律机构和人员队伍建设,三是制定管理规定,实行制度化管理,事前预防与事后控制结合,四是实行员工法制教育,定期培训。
