手术切除脑膜瘤8例,经病理检查亚型分为纤维型、脑膜上皮型、砂粒型和血管瘤型脑膜瘤,分别进行碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、5′—核苷酸酶(5′—Nase)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、胞嘧啶单核苷酸酶(CMP酶)和焦磷酸硫胺素酶(TPP酶)电镜细胞化学研究,结果如下:人脑膜瘤ALP主要定位于毛细血管内皮细胞膜上,在不同亚型脑膜,ALP反应强度和定位不同,砂粒型脑膜瘤瘤细胞质膜、细胞内粗面内质网显示很强的ALP阳性反应,其余亚型脑膜瘤瘤细胞ALP为阴性反应。5′—Nase主要定位于各亚型脑膜瘤的细胞质膜上。其中砂粒型脑膜瘤瘤细胞质膜上5′—Nase活性最强,血管瘤型脑膜瘤瘤细胞质膜上5′—Nase活性最弱,但在核膜上有较多的5′—Nase反应产物。该亚型
8 cases of meningioma were divided into three groups: fibroids, meningioepitheliomas, glioblastomas and hemangiomas of meningiomas. The expressions of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), 5’-nucleotidase (5 ’ (ACP), cytosine monophosphatase (CMP) and pyrophosphate pyrophosphate (TPP) were studied by electron microscopy. Among them, the stromal meningioma cells had the strongest 5’-Nase activity on the plasma membrane and the weakest 5’-Nase activity on the plasma membrane of the hemangiomatous meningioma cells, but there were more 5’-Nase reaction products on the nuclear membrane.
