单纯丘脑病变引起失语的报道日益增多,本文报道10例丘脑性失语。病例介绍10例中,男7例,女3例,年龄50～63岁。均为右则。经CT扫描证实8例左丘脑出血,1例左丘脑肿瘤,1例左丘脑梗塞,均在病人神志清楚,无明显定向障碍时检查失语。除临床失语检查法外,尚检查记忆、运用、计算及结构。10例语言障碍主要表现见下表。 Simple thalamic lesions caused by aphasia reports increasing, this article reports 10 cases of thalamic aphasia.
