目的:通过采用QuEchERS和普通SPE前处理方法对模拟样品(加标)的检测,保证相关部门对蔬菜中农药残留卫生监督监测快捷、简便、价格低廉,同时提高农药残留检测准确性。方法:采用QuEchERS方法测定蔬菜中有机磷农药多残留,并与普通SPE方法进行比较,统计学分析统计。结果:用QuEchERS方法测定蔬菜中的农药残留,平均回收率在81.6%~89.2%,RSD不大于7.1%,优于普通SPE方法。结论:QuEchERS方法优于普通SPE方法。 OBJECTIVE: To ensure the monitoring and monitoring of pesticide residues in vegetables by the relevant departments through the use of QuEchERS and SPE pre-treatment methods for the detection of the simulated samples (fasting), simple and inexpensive, and to improve the accuracy of pesticide residue detection. Methods: The multi-residues of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables were determined by QuEchERS method and compared with the conventional SPE method. Statistical analysis was made.
