目的探讨甲型H1N1流感患者淋巴细胞亚群动态变化的意义。方法检测80例甲型H1N1流感患者淋巴细胞在疾病初期和恢复期变化,以正常人群为对照。结果普通甲流患者淋巴细胞略低于正常人群,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重症甲流患者在疾病初期明显低于普通患者和正常人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症甲型H1N1流感患者急性期体液淋巴细胞变化明显,有助于早期鉴别。 Objective To investigate the significance of the dynamic changes of lymphocyte subsets in patients with influenza A (H1N1). Methods 80 cases of influenza A (H1N1) in patients with lymphocytes in the early and recovery of the disease changes in the normal population as a control. Results There was no significant difference in lymphocytes in normal A patients between the two groups (P> 0.05). Patients with severe A patients were significantly lower than normal patients and normal controls at the early stage of disease (P <0.05) . Conclusion The changes of body fluid lymphocytes in patients with severe type A (H1N1) influenza in acute stage are obvious, which is helpful for early identification.
