目的了解广州市中学生自杀行为状况,为开展中学生心理健康教育及预防青少年自杀提供依据。方法抽取广州市9所全日制中学、4所职业中学和中专学校学生共2921名,采用《中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》进行调查。结果中学生有自杀意念的报告率为16.9%,曾计划自杀的报告率为5.9%,曾试图自杀的报告率为3.0%。有自杀行为的学生在非传统型结构的家庭中发生率较高,有自杀行为的学生受欺侮的经历以及各种心理行为问题的报告率明显高于无自杀行为报告的学生。结论中学生的自杀行为与家庭结构、受欺侮经历以及各种心理行为问题有关。开展学校心理健康教育是预防青少年自杀的重要措施。
Objective To understand the status of suicide among secondary school students in Guangzhou and to provide evidence for secondary school students’ psychological health education and prevention of suicide among teenagers. Methods A total of 2921 students from 9 full-time secondary schools, 4 vocational secondary schools and secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou were enrolled, and the “Questionnaire on Health-related Behavior of Adolescents in China” was investigated. Results The reported rate of secondary school students in suicidal ideation was 16.9%, that of planned suicide was 5.9%, that of suicides was 3.0%. Students who committed suicide had a higher prevalence among non-traditional families and reportedly experienced more bullying and various psychological behavioral problems than those who reported suicide. Conclusions The suicide behaviors of middle school students are related to the family structure, the experience of bullying and various psychological behaviors. Carrying out school mental health education is an important measure to prevent juvenile suicide.
