粉煤灰是燃煤火电厂的燃后废料,价格低廉,来源广,在油田开发中作为调剖剂具有很好的理化特性。本文对粉煤灰的粒度、化学成分、水化特性以及电镜分析资料等进行了研究。经过室内筛选、与多种添加剂的复配以及岩心试验等,成功地开发了一种新型、廉价的颗粒调剖剂。通过19井次的现场调剖试验,取得了良好的降水、增油效果。
Fly ash is a post-combustion waste of coal-fired power plants, which is cheap and widely available. It has good physical and chemical properties as a profile control agent in oilfield development. In this paper, the particle size, chemical composition, hydration characteristics of fly ash and electron microscopy analysis data were studied. After a series of indoor screening, compounding with various additives and core testing, a new and cheap particle profile control agent has been successfully developed. Through 19 wells on-site profile control test, and achieved good precipitation, increasing oil effect.
