双层沥青混凝土面层结构是软基过渡段常见的路面结构形式。对局部出现严重车辙病害的广东某软基路段沥青混凝土路面展开全面调查,首先测量芯样各层厚度以推定车辙发生部位,然后测定芯样的密度、材料构成、体积指标、强度等指标,最后通过理论模型预测,提出了双层沥青混凝土面层结构于不同交通等级下的适宜交通量。结果表明:车辙主要发生在中上面层,双层改性沥青混凝土面层结构应用效果良好。
Double-layer asphalt concrete surface structure is a common soft pavement transition pavement structure. A thorough investigation was made on asphalt concrete pavement of a certain soft-foundation road section in Guangdong, where some serious rutting diseases occurred. First, the thickness of core-like layers was measured to estimate the rutting site. Then the density, material composition, volumetric index and strength of the core sample were measured. Through the theoretical model prediction, the suitable traffic volume of double-layer asphalt concrete pavement structure under different traffic levels is proposed. The results show that rutting mainly occurs on the upper and middle layers, and the double-layer modified asphalt concrete surface structure has good effect.
