自古欠债还钱,天经地义。但“洋老赖”的出现,是一个不折不扣的新课题。随着中国企业,尤其是进出口公司越来越多地进入欧洲市场,越来越多的问题也随之出现,其中欠账的问题最为严重。现实生活中,讨债人是孙子,欠债人是大爷的现象,比比皆是。作为一种经济现象,欠帐难免;但是欠帐而至赖账,则必须通过法律介入。特别是涉外贸易中的追帐问题,更应引起我们的高度重视。这里,我们以德国为例介绍一旦被对方欠款,在不同的阶段可以通过什么方法讨回。
Old debt to pay back the money, perfectly justified. However, the appearance of “Yang Lao Lai” is an out-and-out new topic. As Chinese enterprises, especially import and export companies, increasingly enter the European market, more and more problems also emerge, of which the problem of default is the most serious. In real life, the debtor is a grandson, debtors are uncle phenomenon, abound. As an economic phenomenon, debt default is unavoidable; however, due to debts and repayments, it must be intervened by law. In particular, the issue of chasing accounts in foreign-related trade should arouse our attention. Here, we use Germany as an example to introduce what we can recover at different stages once the other party owes our debts.
