左卡尼汀注射液对高血压性心脏病心力衰竭的治疗作用研究

目的分析左卡尼汀注射液治疗高血压性心脏病心力衰竭临床疗效。方法选取从2015年6月至2016年6月收治的70例高血压性心脏病心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组(35)与观察组(35),对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上应用左卡尼汀注射液治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为88.57%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压性心脏病心力衰竭采用左卡尼汀注射液治疗,疗效理想,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of levocarnitine injection in the treatment of heart failure with hypertensive heart disease. Methods Seventy patients with heart failure of hypertensive heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group (35) and observation group (35). The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the control group The control group based on the application of levocarnitine injection treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 88.57% in the observation group and 60.00% in the control group, and higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion L-carnitine injection for heart failure with hypertensive heart disease is effective and has clinical value.
