随着我国改革开放的不断深入,市场经济已经市场在资源配置中起决定性作用,而中小企业正是市场经济的重要力量和组成部分。而同时中小企业也面临着许多机遇与挑战,例如本文所分析的中小企业的代理问题。本文首先对中小企业和代理商的概念进行界定,其次简单介绍了分析问题的工具——博弈论,接下来在进行了相应的假设后,构建了不完全信息下中小企业与代理商之间的静态和动态两个博弈模型,从而分析出关键变量,最后提出建立激励约束机制、建立科学信息的传导机制以及企业对代理商市场做好充足的调查和预测这三个策略。
With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the market economy has played a decisive role in the allocation of resources in the market. Small and medium-sized enterprises, on the other hand, are an important force and an integral part of the market economy. At the same time, SMEs also face many opportunities and challenges, such as the agency problem of SMEs analyzed in this paper. This paper first defines the concept of SMEs and agents, followed by a brief introduction of the tool to analyze the problem - the game theory, and then under the corresponding assumptions, the formation of incomplete information between SMEs and agents Static and dynamic two game models to analyze the key variables, and finally put forward the establishment of incentive and restraint mechanisms, the establishment of the transmission mechanism of scientific information and enterprises to conduct an adequate agent market survey and forecast these three strategies.
