目的探讨杀虫剂与增效剂混用及杀虫剂复配对淡色库蚊的杀灭效果,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法幼虫浸渍法和唐振华药物联合作用试验方法。结果淡色库蚊幼虫已对敌敌畏产生高抗性,对溴氰菊酯低抗性;敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯与增效剂混用后,增效作用明显,其中溴氰菊酯与S1混用增效系数最高为352.94;敌敌畏与溴氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯与仲丁威复配后,有协同作用,敌敌畏与仲丁威复配后有拮抗作用。结论杀虫剂与增效剂混用,不同作用机制杀虫剂复配都可以起到增效或协同作用,选择杀虫效力较强的配方可提高蚊虫防治效果。
Objective To investigate the killing effects of insecticides and synergists on insecticides and the combination of insecticides against Culex pipiens pallens, so as to provide basis for the rational and effective chemical control of mosquitoes. Methods larva dipping method and Tang Zhenhua combined effects of drugs test methods. Results The larvae of Culex pipiens pallens had high resistance to dichlorvos and low resistance to deltamethrin. The synergistic effects of dichlorvos, deltamethrin and synergist were obvious, and deltamethrin was mixed with S1 The highest coefficient of 352.94; dichlorvos and deltamethrin, deltamethrin and sec-butyl Dianwei compound, there is a synergistic effect, dichlorvos and Zhong Dingwei compound antagonistic effect. Conclusions Insecticides and synergists mixed with different mechanisms of action insecticides can play a synergistic effect or synergistic effect, select insecticidal stronger formula can improve the control effect of mosquitoes.
