研究了微波对玉竹多糖得率的影响,与热回流提取进行了比较。并根据正交试验确定出微波法提取玉竹多糖的工艺方案:微波功率100W、提取时间4min、料液比1∶20、提取1次,其玉竹多糖得率可达11.95%。通过观察扫描电镜(SEM)图,可知微波对玉竹细胞壁具有破坏作用,促进胞内多糖的溶出,从而提高其得率。
The effect of microwave on the yield of Polygonatum polysaccharides was studied and compared with the thermal reflux extraction. According to the orthogonal experiment, the technological scheme of microwave extraction of polygonatum polysaccharides was established: the microwave power was 100W, the extraction time was 4min, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20 and the extraction time was 1. By observing the scanning electron microscope (SEM) map, it can be seen microwave damaging the cell wall of Yuzhu, promote the dissolution of intracellular polysaccharide, thereby increasing its yield.
