应用异丙酚静脉麻醉进行无痛人工流产手术 60例 ,术中受术者安静入睡 ,完全无痛率达 10 0 %。注药开始至意识消失 (入睡 )平均时间为 3.81± 2 .0 6min,停止注药至清醒平均时间为 7.8± 3.5min。平均用药量为 134.8± 30 .7mg,术中未发生人工流产综合征 ,脉搏基本平稳 ,入睡后血压略有下降 (P〈0 .0 5) ,术中阴道出血量、宫缩与非用药组相似。本组发生一例一过性呼吸抑制 ,0 .2 min后自行恢复 ,需给予高度重视。
