金属板料渐进成形工艺是一种基于数控技术,靠逐点成形板料零件的柔性加工工艺。通过实验分析,以及对金属板料渐进成形工艺的变形机理、极限半锥角等方面的研究,提出金属板料靠逐次的变形累积产生整体的变形,极限半锥角不仅与材料有关而且与材料厚度有关;层间距对极限半锥角影响不大,而与零件表面质量有关,层间距越小,零件表面越光滑。
Progressive metal sheet forming process is based on numerical control technology, by point forming sheet metal parts flexible processing technology.
