创新办学理念,努力创造适合学生的职业教育模式党的十六届三中全会明确提出, 要建立现代国民教育体系和终身教育体系。现代职业教育体系是现代国民教育体系和终身教育体系的重要组成部分,是实施人才强国战略的重要基础。建设现代职业教育体系的本质特征是必须适应现代化建设对各类职业人才的需求。同时,大力发展职业教育,培养各类应用型人才,也是更好地解决就业问题,全面建设小康社会的客观需要。为适应新形势,职业教育学校的办学理念也在不断创新,即:通过职业教育,使学生既有健全的人格,又有谋生和发展的技能。
