利用马弗炉和同步热分析仪,分析了850℃加热时,炉气氧含量对弹簧钢55SiCr脱碳的影响。结果表明,在马弗炉中850℃保温10 min,试样表面出现了明显的全脱碳层,且全脱碳层的厚度随保温时间的延长而增加,但增速在30 min后变慢。同步热分析仪中850℃保温,在2%~6%炉气含氧量下,保温30 min,试样均未出现全脱碳。在10%炉气含氧量下,保温30 min时,出现全脱碳和部分脱碳。降低含氧量抑制了55SiCr钢的全脱碳,在不形成全脱碳的情况下,含氧量对部分脱碳层厚度的影响很小。
Using muffle furnace and synchronous thermal analyzer, the influence of oxygen content in furnace gas on 55SiCr decarburization of spring steel was analyzed when heated at 850 ℃. The results show that in the muffle furnace at 850 ℃ for 10 min, a clear decarburized layer appears on the surface of the sample, and the thickness of the decarburized layer increases with the holding time, but the growth rate slows down after 30 min . Simultaneous thermal analyzer 850 ℃ insulation, 2% ~ 6% furnace oxygen content, holding 30 min, the sample did not appear full decarburization. In 10% furnace oxygen content, holding 30 min, the full decarburization and partial decarbonization. Reducing the oxygen content suppresses the total decarburization of the 55SiCr steel, and the oxygen content has little effect on the thickness of the partially decarburized layer without forming the full decarburization.
