《并下炸药库调查研究》技术评议会,在江苏省煤炭局主持下,于1982年2月11日在江苏省煤研所召开,为期两天。参加会议的有煤炭部设计局、各有关矿务局、设计院、研究所、高等院校共18个单位28位代表。 本项目由省煤研所和丰沛指挥部合作调研,于1981年完成。与会代表听取了该调研组的同志关于目前井下炸药库观状的调查报告和新型炸药库改革方案介绍,并进行了热烈地讨论和认真的评议。
Under the auspices of the Coal Bureau of Jiangsu Province, on February 11, 1982, Coal Technology Research Institute of Jiangsu Province held a two-day technical review meeting. Attended the meeting were the Design Bureau of the Ministry of Coal, all relevant Bureau of Mines, Design Institute, Institutes, institutions of higher learning a total of 18 units of 28 representatives. The project by the Coal Research Institute and Fengpei headquarters cooperation research, completed in 1981. The participants listened to the investigation report of the investigating group’s comrades on the current status of explosives depot and the introduction of a new program for the reform of explosives depots, and conducted enthusiastic discussions and careful comments.
