一、前言结构简单、价格便宜、使用可靠的齿轮泵在液压传动的工程机械中占有重要地位。根据日本统计资料,六十年代日本每年生产的齿轮泵中约40~47%(按产值计算)用于工程机械部门。美国的液压传动工程机械一直采用齿轮泵和叶片泵。苏联工程机械和车辆的液压传动系统也采用齿轮泵。由于结构上的原因,齿轮泵的效率低,轴承负载大,因此有所谓齿轮泵效率较低和不适合高压的说法。但是近十几年来,齿轮泵在提高压力和效率等方面取得了很大进展。日本液压工业部门于61~64年间进口欧美
