供电所建设是农电管理的重点,多年来,昆明供电局通过开展供电所窗口达标、基础管理五项达标、十四项达标等活动,县级供电公司供电所管理水平有了较大提升。2012年,昆明供电局紧紧围绕“规范、真实、简单、实用”的总体思路,狠抓供电所一线管理。以在每家县级供电公司创建一个示范供电所,深化示范作用,创建了金所、圭山等一批具有代表性的先进供电所,为今年系统全面地推动供电所规范化建设找到了切实有效的建设路径。
