揭示垂体瘤中生长因子的生长刺激机制,为其受体拮抗剂的治疗应用提供实验依据。方法:用免疫组织化学方法研究了30例垂体瘤中EGFR及其配体EGF、TGF-α的表达。结果:大部分功能性腺瘤及所有非功能性腺瘤均有EGFR的表达,大部分腺瘤中有EGF、TGF-α表达,但它们的表达呈多相性,即免疫阳性细胞的分布疏密不一、细胞免疫染色浓淡不一、EGFR及其配体在不同瘤中的表达方式不一; 免疫组化结果与肿瘤的临床特征不相关。结论:垂体瘤中有表皮生长因子及其配体的表达,说明垂体瘤的增生存在表皮生长因子的自分泌刺激。
The growth stimulation mechanism of growth factors in pituitary tumors was revealed, providing experimental basis for the therapeutic application of its receptor antagonists. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of EGFR and its ligands EGF and TGF-α in 30 pituitary tumors. Results: Most functional adenomas and all nonfunctional adenomas have EGFR expression. Most of adenomas have EGF and TGF-α expression, but their expression is heterogeneous, that is, the distribution of immunopositive cells is not uniform. The immunohistochemistry results were not related to the clinical features of the tumors. There were different levels of cellular immunostaining and different expression patterns of EGFR and its ligands in different tumors. Conclusion: The expression of epidermal growth factor and its ligands in pituitary tumors indicates that there is an autocrine stimulation of epidermal growth factor in pituitary tumors.
